Yesterday I made a twist to the 80’s ever favorite starter, the schrimpcocktail. With mango, chili, handpeeled schrimps, romanee salad, and home made Thousand Island dressing….nice

It was acompagnied by a fantastich Mersault, Les Charmes 2014 from Domaine Vincent Bouzereau
